Marketing Activation Manager

Job Description

  • Responsibility and accountability of total TT Sales volume and revenues, selling cost and distribution, AR collection , direct and indirect account (All channel)
  • Lead and managing distributor in assign area- Resolve distributor issues
  • Provide market insight and competitor information with propose action plan
  • Ensuring compliances of SOP and DMS ordering process/ PJP process/ SR BCP
  • Accountable for DT data integrity
  • Ensuring sales and KPIs reports submission timely
  • Develop tactical plan for distributor and key customer
  • Develop monthly and quarterly business plan
  • Training and coaching of ASS
  • Conducts periodic Business Review with All DT
  • Manage key customer- Visit ALL top customer monthly
  • Ensuring execution of sales and marketing program, strictly follow guideline to meet company objective (distribution & merchandising)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 7 years of experience in sales and distributor management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team and excellent leadership skills
  • Experience in setting PJP
